Driving Range Service Regulation


I. Driving range regulations :
  1. Business hours: 07:00-17:00 in summer and 08:00-16:00 in winter. The last tee time is one hour in advance. It is closed for maintenance every Monday and Tuesday from 6:00 to 12:00.
  2. Clientele : members (membership cardholders), Sunrise trainees, hotel guests, and designated clients.
  3. Show your driving range card before entering. Members should also show their membership cards as proof. You're allowed to enter only after the administrator registered and allocated your station and time. Those who don't have their identifications or cannot prove their identity are not allowed to enjoy their granted privileges and usage rights.
  4. By golf etiquette, you must wear sports clothing and sports shoes or golf shoes to enter the range. Do not enter and play with tank tops, without a shirt, or wearing slippers.
  5. Your hitting right is only applicable in your station and only for the exchange of practice balls. It's not applicable in the short five-hole course, chipping and putting greens and other sites adjacent to the driving range. Do not take the practice balls out to other sites for use.
  6. Teaching activities in the range are not allowed without the permission of the Company.
  7. Please take good care of the public property while using the equipment in the range. Smoking, chewing betel nuts, drinking alcohol, and littering are prohibited to keep the range clean. For any damage, compensation must be made at the rated price.
  8. The power sockets in the range are solely for the company's activities. They should not be used to charge personal belongings for safety reasons.
  9. Please keep your belongings with you. The front desk does not provide deposit and storage services.
  10. The company provides public accident liability insurance. The guests should always pay attention to possible hazards when hitting the ball to protect their safety.
  11. The user shall follow the rules and abide by the administrator's instructions. The users need to comply with relevant regulations, otherwise, the company can refuse their use.
  12. If the company needs to reserve specific stations for activities or temporarily close the driving range for other purposes, the company gives a 2-day prior notice at the lobby reception desk and in the driving range. The users shall not raise any objection.

II. Driving range card instructions :
  1. Formalities including registration for card purchase, the issuance of cards, the top-up number of boxes, the return and reissuance of cards must be completed by the card owner at the lobby reception desk of the clubhouse. Fill in your personal information and pay a NT$200 card deposit while registering for the issuance of card.
  2. Ball box price : NT$50 for each box (30 balls). For your first top-up, the minimum number of boxes is 2 and the maximum is 200.
  3. After the validity period of your top-up ball boxes expired, the remaining boxes cannot be refunded.
  4. For those who don’t intend to top-up again after using their card, please return them to the lobby reception desk and remove your registration record to retrieve your deposit. Those who don’t return the original card should pay a NT$200 card fee.
  5. The Company gifts the membership cardholders 2 ball boxes for free every day, which can only be used by the person on the day and will invalid afterward. Do not lend it for others to use. If it’s proven that someone other than the member used the free balls, the company will stop giving that member free ball boxes for six months, and the user will be charged NT$500 to protect membership rights.
  6. Please keep your card safe and away from magnetic fields and heat sources to ensure its usability. For those who damaged, lost or cannot return the original card will be charged a NT$200 card fee.
